The Cardiff Castle has 2000 years of history, so what can be seen are the Wartime Tunnels, which were used as air raid shelters in World War II, as well as the Cardiff Castle Museum of the Welsh Soldier. Moreover, as Cardiff being the centre of Wales, it has some modern things as well. One of those is the Millennium Centre where it hosts performances of opera, ballet, musical, dance and so on. Enjoyable activities are not only history or art, but also shopping. In Mid-Wales, Aberystwyth is the place to go. Here is a university town, which is quite small but worth going. One of the reasons is that Aberystwyth is a resort place during summer because it has two beaches and great weather. What is more, the constitution hill and the ruins of the Aberystwyth Castle are also the places to visit. The constitution hill has the longest Electric Railway in Britain. The last recommendation is Snowdonia, which is located in North Wales. Methods to reach the summit are walking, cycling, and taking railways. It not only has the largest National Park and natural lake in Wales, but also the highest mountain in England and Wales. The landscape of Snowdonia is unique. The nine mountains cover more than half of the National Park. Also waterfalls and river gorges make up the beauty of the landscape.
